What is a domain?
A domain name is your website name, e.g.: yourwebsitename.com. It’s the address where internet users access your website. These are also used in any email addresses associated with your web address (e.g.: [email protected]). So, it’s everything that comes after the @ sign.
From 5 August 2020 in our platform, it will be essential for all domains in ‘from’ email addresses (addresses you send emails from in our platform) to be verified to improve security and boost email delivery. You only need to verify a domain once, even if you send from multiple email addresses associated with this domain. If a domain isn’t verified, you won’t be able to send emails from any email address associated with that domain.
