Between 7:34 PM and 8:51 PM on 5 December 2022, customers may have experienced issues connecting to Everlytic services hosted in the United States region.
Everlytic services are hosted within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) us-east-2 (Ohio) region data centres.
The incident was caused by an internet connectivity issue within the AWS us-east-2 region. This connectivity issue was widely experienced by customers of AWS us-east-2 and not limited to Everlytic services.
Customers hosted in the United States region may have experienced a number of connectivity issues, including timeouts or a failure to connect to Everlytic services.
AWS regarded the incident resolved at 8:51PM on 6 December 2022.
Remediation & follow-up steps
At this time, Everlytic is not considering any follow-up steps.
Everlytic already hosts services between multiple Availability Zones within an AWS region. In this incident, internet connectivity impacted all availability zones within the region. Internet connectivity is maintained by Amazon Web Services.
