The system identifies the common formats 0 or +27 (country code) as the acceptable format for importing mobile numbers. Defining the country code is recommended, especially for international numbers.

For example, the number 0828500000 can be imported as 828500000 and the system will automatically assign the +27.

If you’re not copying/pasting the numbers in this format, but are using a CSV file to import mobile subscribers, ensure the mobile column is formatted as text.
