If you delete a contact, they get removed from your list and any workflows they were on.

However, we strongly recommend not deleting contacts, because you will remove all the contact’s subscription preferences and history. This means, if they get uploaded to the system again, you may send them messages that they’ve already unsubscribed from and mark your emails as spam.
