To view your billing details, hover over your username and click View Billing Details. This will take you to your Billing Account dashboard.
Where do I change the company logo?
Access to the branding panel is reserved for admin-level users. You can edit the branding and company logo to suit the look and feel of your company website, colours, and logo.
Where do I change the information that appears in my footer?
The details that appear at the bottom of all emails you send out form part of your footer and reflect your company name and physical address information.

Hover over your username in the navigation and click My Customers.
How do I add a department?
To add a new department, hover over your username in the navigation and click My Customers.
What is a domain?
A domain name is your website name, e.g.: yourwebsitename.com. It’s the address where internet users access your website.
How are email opens tracked?
A transparent tracking image is automatically inserted into the header of all emails. When a contact clicks on a message, either to open it fully or view it in the reading pane, this transparent image gets downloaded.
