Current Quota

Your quota is the number of credits you have available to send email or SMS messages. To view your quota, hover over your username in the top right of the screen and click on Current Quota. The table on this page will show you a breakdown of how many messages you’ve sent, how many you can send in total, and how many remain.

How to Set Your Payment Method

To set up your payment method:

  1. Hover over your username in the top right of the screen and click on View Billing Details.
  2. Click Change Payment Method.
  3. Select your payment method and click Update and Authorise.

If you can’t view the billing details, you may not be activated or authorised to view them. Please ask the administrator of your account to request access on your behalf via our Support desk.

Topup Credits

You can purchase top-up credits when your quota has been depleted.

To do this, hover over your username in the top right of the screen and click on Topup Credits. This screen displays your current package and lists the upgrade options available within these categories:

  • Pay-As-You-Go Email: These credits never expire
  • Pay-As-You-Go SMS: These credits expire after twelve months

Top-up credits won’t be assigned if you have any outstanding invoices. First-time SMS purchases need to be paid upfront by credit card or EFT before credits can be assigned.

My Invoices

To view all your invoices, hover over your username in the top right of the screen and click on My Invoices. This page shows the total outstanding balance, as well as the totals and payment statuses for each invoice.

Click View Invoice to see details.

Account Logs

The Account Logs page is an archive of the messages you’ve sent. It shows the number of messages you’ve sent over a chosen period, which dates you sent them, how many messages were delivered, and more.

To get there, hover over your username in the top right of the screen and click on Account Logs.

To pull an account log:

  1. Hover over your username in the navigation and click Account Logs.
  2. Select your date range, click the filter button, and wait for the green bar to confirm that your date range is set.
  3. Click on the plus icon next to the customer name to see more info on the number of recipients sent to and credits used for each message. (Note: One SMS credit = 160 characters. SMS messages that are longer than this use more credits.)
  4. Click on the message subject to view information about that message.
  5. Click CSV Report to export a CSV file of this data.

Note: the ‘Include message’ check box is auto-checked. It ensures that all your message stats are included in the report. Uncheck this box for a summary CSV report instead.
