In this release: Our Salesforce Integration has been upgraded and should work as expected; key metrics in the Clicks section of the A/B Split Test Report are now better aligned with those featured on the Detailed Email Report.

In this release: When customising the ‘from’ name in your email properties, you can now select one of your verified domains using a convenient domain dropdown bar; we’ve continued to update table headings in the Detailed Email Report to better match industry standards for email reporting; we’re currently doing a major upgrade on our Salesforce Integration that should resolve challenges in syncing contacts to Everlytic; in the New Contact Manager, you will be able to filter lists as expected, and in our Shopify Integration, customers will be able to search your full product list.

In this release: While importing an email contact list, you can now tag all the contacts in that import and create a new tag if necessary – plus, all new and existing contacts will be tagged if they’re part of the list you’re importing; to better align our email reports with industry standards, we’ve updated table headings in the Detailed Email Report with standard terms for metrics; when checking whether an SMTP domain is validated for sending, Everlytic will ignore the casing of characters in the domain name; you will again be able to conveniently share email performance reports using share links from the Share Report modal; we’ve improved loading performance on Customer Profiles and compatibility for some foreign language characters on the SMS builder.

In this release: You can now create more strategic workflows thanks to a combination of AND / OR conditions in start events and unenrolment triggers; we have removed the option of exporting data from Share Reports to ensure continued data security for our clients; you’ll now have improved browser compatibility when using the New Contact Manager on Safari browsers; when using the product block in the Email Builder, discounted pricing will now display as expected; we’ve improved how list subscriptions are ordered on the Contact Profile of the New Contact Manager; when choosing a background or text colour in the Email Builder, the formatting of the associated hex codes and their relevant colours will now render as expected.

In this release: Single and batch transactional SMS sending have been split into separate queues; the new emoji picker works as expected throughout the platform; and when sending yourself personalised test SMSs from a workflow, the shortened links will work as expected.

In this release: Performance improvements have been made on the transactional SMS sending API; Facebook posting should work as expected again; SMS recipients can now opt out of your messaging using additional words; loading performance was improved on the transactional SMS dashboard; email tests now send to all test contacts as expected; UI issues were resolved on the new contact profile page, and links shortened in SMS now function correctly in all instances.

In this release: Add configurable call-to-action buttons to your product lists; when a subscriber triggers an automated email in a workflow, the resulting email will be sent to them once; and if you’re sending emails from a personalised “from” address, improvements to our domain verification will ensure that they get sent.

In this release: We will now inform you if your domains have active DMARC and BIMI records; you can now get even more creative with emojis in your emails thanks to our updated library and tag-based emoji search functionality; and you will receive the expected notifications when someone subscribes (or resubscribes) to your list.
