In this release: We’ve added instructions on how to accept app permissions for our Shopify integration.

In this release: We’ve upgraded the Message Link Clicks trigger to be able to process multiple clicks by contacts on your emails, SMSs, and specified links within these messages; you’ll now be able to delete single or multiple tags from the Tag Manager dashboard, and we’ll be removing technical documentation related to our Gmail Promotions Tab feature in the coming weeks since this feature is no longer active on our platform.

In this release: We’ve updated the API on our Everlytic Stores integration to align with recent data protection updates on Shopify; emails will save automatically when you get logged out of our Coder and Classic Composer; we’ve updated our technical documentation relating to name changes in Customer Profiles; we’ve updated technical documentation related to the size of image imports in Emails and Landing Pages, and abandoned cart workflows for Shopify will work as expected.

In this release: If you customise email templates with our Template Manager, then you’ll now enjoy an improved user interface that’s similar to that of our Coder composition tool.

In this release: We’ve updated our Help Centre page for both clients and resellers. Just hover over the “?” icon on the top right of the main dashboard to reveal the Help & Support menu; custom fields in transactional emails will work as intended thanks to a recent fix to our API, and after a recent update, images sent in your test mailers will display as expected.  

In this release: We’ve improved security for businesses using our platform with our new password expiry feature for Enterprises; our transactional platform will pick up on correct customer quotas and send messaging as expected, and contacts enrolled in your Anniversary Workflows will get processed as expected, even when your contact lists are updated or contacts within your workflows get removed from the relevant lists.

In this release: When triggered messages get sent from your Workflows, items that are queued or timed out will recover automatically and get sent; when you upload images on our Email Builder, image files with names identical to existing ones will have numbered suffixes appended to them. This improvement helps to ensure that the right image thumbnails are displayed in your emails.

In this release: We’ve improved delivery reporting on Transactional SMS for a subset of our customers; customer domain verification data will update as expected in our new transactional platform; event criteria will validate as expected when setting up an Unsubscribe from List action on an Unenrolment Trigger, and the Voice Broadcasting Report will display hang-up causes on failed voice messages.

In this release: Technical documentation is now available for our improved Zapier Integration; the All List checkbox on the Bulk Update page will work as expected.

In this release: We’ve introduced a completely new global trigger called Unenroll from Workflow. As the name suggests, this trigger allows you to prompt an action on the platform when a subscriber unsubscribes (or unenrolls) from a workflow; after fixing a recent edge case, password reset forms will submit as expected, and we fixed an issue with line spacing on the Builder.
