The Settings dashboard is where you can manage and customise your account. From your API key to branding, images to security – we provide you with all the tools you need.

The Account section allows you to edit customer properties, branding, customise sending rules, and activate SMS on bounce.


Use the properties section to customise the details of your account, like:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Physical address
  • Website URL
  • Industry
  • Location
  • Language

Branding & Customisation

This section is only viewable for customers with different departments. Here, you can customise the branding subscribers will see when redirected to custom pages like unsubscribe, update profile, view online version, or the complaints page. Upload your own header logo or choose colours from the palettes.

SMS on Bounce

The SMS on bounce feature allows you to send an automated email SMS to contacts whose emails have bounced, asking them to update their contact details in the system. When your contact replies to your SMS, their details are automatically updated.

This feature will only work if you’ve got the contact’s mobile phone number and each SMS costs two credits.


This area lets you edit how your contacts manage their subscriptions and profile settings. You can choose to display all your public lists for contacts to subscribe to. You can also choose which fields contacts are able to update.


Here, you can select if you’d like to inform users of failed login attempts. This is a good way to inform users if someone is potentially trying to access their account without permission.

You can also lock your IP here, ensuring that only the listed IP addresses have access to the account.
