Through chatbots – on platforms such as on WhatsApp, websites, and apps – you can automate routine tasks, like answering FAQs, handling support requests, and managing event reminders.
With Meta-approved templates, proactive messages like registration confirmations and updates ensure compliance while keeping customers informed. As customer engagement grows, our AI Studio scales to handle higher volumes, maintaining smooth, efficient communication.
Detailed analytics track interactions, providing insights to enhance customer experiences and improve strategies. Additionally, we offer dedicated support for setup and management, allowing businesses to leverage the full potential of AI-driven customer service and client communication.
Prerequisites for Setting Up Account
To set up an account with our AI Studio for WhatsApp, you’ll need a few prerequisites:
1. WhatsApp Business API Account
Since the AI Studio works with the WhatsApp Business API (not the regular WhatsApp), you’ll need to upgrade to this account. We can assist in setting this up if needed.
2. Meta Business Manager Account
The WhatsApp Business API account setup requires a Meta Business Manager account. You’ll need to add our platform as an admin to help with the integration and management.
3. An Eligible Package
The AI Studio is available to customers on specific packages (typically the Professional, Advanced, or Private Security packages).
4. List or Database of Contacts
To make the most of the chatbot’s features, you’ll need a list of customer contacts to sync with the AI Studio, so it can reach your audience with WhatsApp messages or other chat applications.
5. Pre-Approved Message Templates (if applicable)
For proactive communications like reminders or confirmations, you’ll need Meta-approved templates, which we will create and submit for you.
6. Dedicated Support Contact
Having a designated person to collaborate with our team can help ensure a smooth setup and ongoing account management.
Once these are in place, we can guide you through the rest of the setup process, including connecting your WhatsApp account to the AI Studio.
Using the AI Studio Interface
You will be able to delegate the use of the AI Studio Interface to selected employees. These roles are referred to as “chat agents” in the AI Studio material.
Step 1: Log in to the Interface
Log in to the interface using the credentials supplied to you by us.
Step 2: Home Screen
Upon logging in, you will be directed to the home screen, where you can track insights like number of messages used, WhatsApp conversations in progress, and leads provided. The home screen serves as the main hub for navigating the platform and tracking performance.
Step 3: Inbox Display
You can access your inbox by clicking on the link in the top left side of your home screen. The inbox displays all ongoing, pending, and completed conversations. Here you will be able to view and organise messages for multiple customers. You can also sort and filter conversations based on priority, status, and other customisable parameters.
Step 4: Contact Conversation Interface
You can click on any contact in your inbox to view a more detailed conversation history. This will provide context about past interactions and facilitate a personalised response. It allows for conversations to be continued seamlessly and offers better, more informed support.
Step 5: Initiate a Live Chat
From the contact conversation interface (see Step 4), you can initiate a live chat with customers who need real-time assistance. This enables instant, direct communication, improving response time and customer satisfaction.
Step 6: Live Chat in Real Time
You can engage with customers in real time in the live chat environment, which allows for rapid back-and-forth messaging. Real-time chats help resolve issues efficiently and build rapport with customers through immediate support.
Step 7: End User Device Experience

WhatsApp Reporting
Reporting in the AI Studio featuring WhatsApp can be tracked in three ways:
1. Daily, weekly, and monthly emails can be scheduled with all reporting data in PDF format.
2. Data can directly be provided through an endpoint, like Power BI.
3. A custom dashboard can be created based on your requirements (this option will incur a once-off cost based on requirements).
