Version 7.5.7 of the system contains the following updates:

SMS

  • New SMS listing page.
  • SMS Properties Report:
    • Improved design and added Staggering & Rate Limiting card.
    • Time-based graph displays replies and unsubscribes.
    • Pie chart added to right column: Shows delivered, bounced, and unknown.
  • Pausing & resuming SMS sending now enabled.
  • Transactional SMS sending.

Other Changes

  • Filter added to only send messages to contacts who have not been sent a given set of messages.
  • Checkbox to show message details in Account Logs.
  • Support navigation changed: New Help & Support button in top right.
  • Username no longer case-sensitive on log in.
  • New help documentation released and linked to “Help with this page” menu item.

Bugs Zapped

  • “Undefined” unsubscribe reason.
  • Transparent bar at bottom of log in page.
  • Last edited date on enterprise templates is wrong.
  • Subscribe success pages must be responsive.
  • Cards overlapping on Upload Contacts screen.
  • Stats processing and sending bug – stats processing on send causing lock up.
  • Subscription form HTML and download is not working.
  • Account logs not reporting transactional totals.
  • Reports: Pie charts showing wrong numbers.
