We have made a number of improvements to the product. Automation is the guiding force behind the changes to ensure your marketing campaigns are intuitive, manageable, and easier to deploy.

Email – Tracked Attachments

Email detailed reports now include ‘Tracked Attachments’ stat. It tracks the following:

  • Total Downloads
  • Download-to-Open Rate
  • Unique Downloads
  • Repeat Downloads
  • Platform

Quick Email

You can now send an email to a single contact with the ‘Quick Email’ feature added on product and for APIs. The contact who receives the email is included into the overall stats of the sent email/campaign. Personalisation, unsubscribes, etc are also taken into account. It is available for sent messages only. You can find the button in the quick links list on the email history page.

SMS – Tracked Attachments

SMS detailed reports now include ‘Tracked Attachments’ stats. SMSes are limited to one attachment. These attachments are tracked automatically. We recommend using link shortening as attachments add more characters to the SMS.

Attachments now appear as links in the footer of the email:

  • This only displays if “track attachments” is selected in tracking tab.
  • Attachment type displays as an icon next to attachment name.
  • Attachment icon also displays on email listing page and confirmation screen.

Landing Pages

Attachments

You can now add attachments to your Landing page. To add an attachment:

  1. Click Add Attachment on the top bar.
  2. Click Browse Computer to find and upload the file from your computer.
  3. Click Done once the file is uploaded.

Personalisation

You can personalise your landing pages according to any information imported into the system. A common personalisation is by contact name, such as “Dear John”. This works best when directing a contact from a Subscription form to your landing page.

Reports

Landing Page reports are now live. You can view the lifetime stats of your landing page from the current day backwards. The basic metrics covered are total visits and total clicks.To view landing page reports, click Landing Page>History, then click on the message you want reports for. Click Detailed Report for the full report.

A/B Split Test

We added a new ‘What to Test’ functionality. You can now test the following:

  • Content
  • Subject:
  • From Details

You only have to compose one message when testing the subject line or ‘From Details’. The message will still be sent to a split list. You can also personalisation and emoji where applicable.

A/B Split Test – Campaign Overview Report

The Campaign Overview report gives basic information about the overall performance of your campaign. This is only available once the testing period is complete.

Clicks Overview

The clicks report displays the percentage of unique clicks, click-to-open rates and number of recipients who received both messages. Below it, the report separates the unique clicks and click-to-open rate for each A/B message sent, and the Winner.

Opens Overview

The opens report displays the percentage of unique opens, click-to-open rates and number of recipients who received both messages. Below it, the report separates the unique opens and click-to-open rate for each A/B message sent, as well as the Winner.

Subscription Forms

Subscription forms have undergone numerous changes. including using the Builder format to create forms. There is no longer template selection when creating a form. To use a previous design, click the recreate button on the form listing page. Each creation step during subscription form creation has been re-skinned to match the rest of the product. Both default public and preview forms also use the new design.

Subscription form design uses the following tabs:

  • Fields: A dropdown list now displays all field options.
  • Customise: Every element’s colour and position is set here.

An ‘Edit’ function on content blocks allows further customisation of the following:

  • Label
  • Placeholder Test text
  • Field requirement.

Form Settings page now has a Notification tab. Enter an email address to receive notifications when a form is submitted.

New ‘Get Code’ option is available once a form is published. You can get the subscription form code for:

  • Hosted URL
  • iFrame
  • HTML Download
    • Disable CSS
    • Inline CSS
    • Disable JavaScript
  • JavaScript

You can now redirect contacts from a subscription form to a landing page. Using personalisation in the form will now personalise the redirected landing page with the correct information.

General Updates

  • Failed message reasons now appear in email history page.
  • Special characters and spacing now work in Dynamic Attachment file names.
  • Weekday scheduled import details now appear in the import details view page.
  • Transactional callbacks can now filter by date.
  • API now accepts JSON charsets
  • Added pagination to subscription forms.
  • Style changes to error pages, and Subscription Form validation error pages.
  • Updates to label text in SMS reports.
  • Added a help modal to Subscription Form page.
