Everyone at Everlytic is hard at work making sure that you have a great experience when using our product, and that you get the most value out of the product. We have two important new changes coming up that we’d like to let you know about.
SMS Composition
The SMS Composition workflow has had a major revamp. We’ve kept the basics the same, but have updated the visuals and some of the technical aspects to match the rest of the product.
Notable changes to SMS composition include:
- We’ve replaced the old composition box with a mobile phone to give you a better idea of what your message will look like.
- We’ve moved the personalisation menu to the left, and added an ‘Insert’ button on each line when you hover over it.
- The character count and number of SMSes are displayed in the top right.
- You can now send a preview by clicking the ‘Preview’ button on the bottom menu.
- You can choose between English, Portuguese and Spanish for the unsubscribe link (on the Sending Options page).
- You can now create and segment lists from the List Selection step.
Advanced Dashboard
Once you have been using the system for a while, you will see the Advanced Dashboard when you log in. This screen is designed to give you a snapshot of the most important stats, and quick access to common tasks.
The Advanced Dashboard shows the following statistics:
- Recipients: This is the total number of recipients on all of your lists.
- Recipient Growth: This shows the growth of all recipients on all of your lists.
- Interaction Rate: This measures the percentage of contacts who have interacted with your messages in the period selected. It considers all the contacts on all the lists you have sent to during this period.
We’ve also put in tables of your most recent messages, campaigns, and your most active lists.
