After many months of hard work we are excited to unveil a big new feature in Everlytic; Email Campaigns are here. Over the next few weeks we will release Standard and Drip campaigns.

This exciting new feature has an impact on other areas of the product, so you can also expect further updates to our email message composition process and a new layout for our main navigation bar.

People are always a little worried about change, but we are forging ahead to build the best, most easy to use and beautiful communication product and hope you enjoy the new changes as much as we do.

Let’s take a look at each of these changes in greater detail.

Campaigns

Email campaigns are a big new feature which include changes to the navigation menu, new reports, and changes to the message composition interface.

Standard campaigns act as containers for you to group related messages together. This allows you to view reports and compare performance across these related messages.

Drip campaigns allow you to send emails to subscribers in a specific order. You only need to set up the campaign once, and the system will automatically send the emails to existing and new subscribers based on a schedule you define.

A great opportunity to use a drip campaign is when a user purchases a product from an online store. You can set up the campaign to send them a series of emails thanking them for their purchase, asking them to share the product on social media, asking for a review or to complete a survey.

Campaign reports currently give you an overview of the performance of your campaign.

Changes to the navigation bar allow you to access your campaigns via the airplane icon on the navigation bar.

Message Composition

We’ve made the following changes to the message composition process:

  • Message tracking options moved to the delivery step,
  • Standard campaign options added to the properties step,
  • The confirmation page has been updated,
  • A blank template placeholder has been added to templates,
  • Social posting has been added to delivery step,

All of these changes will make the composition process easier and more intuitive for you to work through.

Navigation Bar

Our main menu bar has migrated from the top of the screen to the left-hand side. The navigation options are still very similar, with each option represented by an icon. We’ve also added a new icon for the campaigns.

We’ve kept the menu items as similar as possible so that you don’t have to search for the options you are looking for.
