- Transactional messages that fail due to quota being exceeded now show on the Failed Transactions interface.
- SMS_on_bounce logger bug resolved.
- We instituted a monitoring system to alert our developers if any messages get stuck in pre-queueing.

- Resolved a bug when creating an event attachment.

- Fixed recaptcha error when users fail the recaptcha test.
- Fixed properties tab of publicly shared SMS report, which was broken.
