In this release: While importing an email contact list, you can now tag all the contacts in that import and create a new tag if necessary – plus, all new and existing contacts will be tagged if they’re part of the list you’re importing; to better align our email reports with industry standards, we’ve updated table headings in the Detailed Email Report with standard terms for metrics; when checking whether an SMTP domain is validated for sending, Everlytic will ignore the casing of characters in the domain name; you will again be able to conveniently share email performance reports using share links from the Share Report modal; we’ve improved loading performance on Customer Profiles and compatibility for some foreign language characters on the SMS builder.

In this release: You can now create more strategic workflows thanks to a combination of AND / OR conditions in start events and unenrolment triggers; we have removed the option of exporting data from Share Reports to ensure continued data security for our clients; you’ll now have improved browser compatibility when using the New Contact Manager on Safari browsers; when using the product block in the Email Builder, discounted pricing will now display as expected; we’ve improved how list subscriptions are ordered on the Contact Profile of the New Contact Manager; when choosing a background or text colour in the Email Builder, the formatting of the associated hex codes and their relevant colours will now render as expected.
