This release includes: All ‘from’ email domains must now be verified first before sending from our platform, and you can now type a domain in upper case or lower case anywhere in the system (even on verification) and it will automatically default to lower case as you proceed.

This release includes: Contacts that are already subscribed to a list will now be notified about this if they try to subscribe again, and when importing a list file larger than the hard limit of 200MB, the import will now fail, the user will be notified, and they won’t proceed to the mappings screen. If using the API, an ImportsException error will also reflect in the response object (/imports/ftp).

This release includes: Unsupported integrations, Snapbill and Shopify, have been removed from the platform; low email quota notifications will no longer display on departmental accounts; autoresponder activity has been added as a condition type on Workflows; this allows you to tailor the customer journey based on how contacts interact with your active autoresponders; we’ve added a modal to the home screen, alerting users that verifying your ‘from’ email address will soon be a requirement for your emails to send.

This release includes: You can now add up to five enrolment and unenrolment triggers on a workflow or in global triggers – this was increased from four.

This release includes: The domain verification email template has been improved, and workflow emails are all sending as programmed, not more than expected, as was happening occasionally.

This release includes: You can now apply a province filter to your lists, custom field types can no longer be edited after saving, and all our geo charts are now working correctly.

This release includes: SMSs in workflows now correctly say ‘Delivered’ instead of ‘Opened’, resending an email now shows feedback that the resend has been actioned, message thumbnails now always include the entire image, and subscription form exports now include subscribe and unsubscribe dates.

This release includes: A new Global Triggers Action that unsubscribes a contact from one or more lists, you can now change the colour and thickness of a divider in the email builder, anniversary workflows now give you the option for the message to recur or not recur annually, form expiries are now working correctly, and form input fields are now displaying correctly in Google Chrome.

This release includes: A new action in global triggers: Subscribe to List; on subscription form exports, you can now see a column for the date the form was completed; on global triggers, the “Add to workflow” action now allows you to specify which node you want the contact to start on and you can now trigger an action from links clicked in SMS as well as email; workflow email personalisation now shows the correct personalisation modal for the message type; and clicking links while building an email no longer affects the composition process.
