Upgrade & Top-Up


You can upgrade your package for higher sending volumes, or purchase top-up credits when your quota is depleted. The Upgrade screen displays your current package and the different upgrade options available.

Click the user name in the top right, and then click Buy Credits or Monthly Plans to upgrade your account.

Monthly Email Plans

Monthly plans are best suited to companies who have email newsletters that go out on a regular basis. These plans are limited by the number of subscribers, and you can send as many emails and SMSes as you need to. The Monthly Email Plans section of the upgrade page shows you how many subscribers you have, and what percentage of your subscriber limit you have reached.

To upgrade your monthly email plan:

  1. Click Upgrade on the right of the plan you would like to upgrade to.
  2. Review the terms of the order, and confirm your preferred method of payment.

You will be invoiced for the upgrade.

Please note the total due includes VAT. An email confirming your order will be sent to you when your order has been processed.

Email/SMS Pay-As-You-Go

You can purchase Top-Up credits for either Pay-As-You-Go or Monthly SMS and Email packages. Pay-As-You-Go credits are great if you send newsletters less than once a month. These credits never expire. The screen displays the different volumes available and the cost of each top-up volume, split by email and SMS. Follow these steps to buy more pay-as-you-go email or SMS credits:

  1. Click Purchase on the right of the Top-up you would like.
    • Top-up credits can be purchased for either Pay As You Go or Monthly SMS and Email packages.
    • A summary will outline the details of the order including your current package plus the total amount due including VAT.
  2. Select your preferred payment method.
  3. Click Confirm Order to proceed.
  4. You will be invoiced for the upgrade.
Wait for the payment confirmation to complete. Navigating away from the page at this stage will create an incomplete order and credits will not be assigned to your account.

Credit card payments require details be submitted to Netcash in order for the payment to be authorised. You'll need to click Submit for this to happen. A confirmation mail will be sent to you once the order has been processed and credits assigned. Top-up credits won't be assigned if there are outstanding invoices for the previous billing cycle. First-time SMS purchases will need to be paid upfront by credit card or EFT before credits can be assigned.
