Landing Page Reports


The Landing Pages listing gives you easy access to all your existing landing pages. You can view all published and unpublished landing pages in the menu.

 

The preview panel displays a thumbnail of your landing page, and basic details. Detailed reports are currently unavailable but you can contact support to provide reporting.

You can also edit, unpublish/publish or recreate a landing page.

We track opens and clicks on Landing Pages based on your contact’s unique reference number. If someone clicks on the link who doesn’t have a reference number, we track them as anonymous opens and clicks.

Overview Report

To view landing page reports, click Landing Page>History, then click on the message you want reports for. Click Detailed Report for the full report.

 

The over report provides a graph displaying the lifetime stats of your landing page. The basic metrics covered are total visits and total clicks. Select the time period to see the stats from the current day backwards.

Visits Report

The visits report keeps track of every visit your landing page gets, taking in the total number of visits, the devices used, a timeline for the last 30 days and Geo-location.

 

Visits Summary

This is a summary of every visit on your site:

Total Visits: The total number of visits received by your landing page .

Anonymous Visits: The total number of visits made by an undetermined visitor.

Contact Visits: The number of visits made more than once by contacts in your database list.

Unique Contact Visits: The number of visits made by each of your contacts counted only once.

Returning Contact Visits: The number of returning visits made by each of your contacts.

Device Summary

This is a summary of the devices used to visit your landing page:

Web: The total percentage, and number of desktop devices used to view your landing page.

Mobile: The total percentage, and number of mobile devices used to view your landing page.

Unknown: The total percentage, and number of undetermined devices used to view your landing.

Timeline

The graph displays the total number of visits made to the landing page within the last thirty days.

Geo-location

Each determined visit is displayed on the map.

Clicks Report

The clicks report keeps track of every click your landing page gets, including the total number of clicks, a timeline for the last 30 days, and the specific link clicked.

Clicks Summary

This is a summary of all the received clicks on your landing page:

Total Clicks: The total number of clicks received by the landing page.

Anonymous Clicks: The total number of clicks made by an undetermined visitor.

Total Contact Clicks / Contacts Who Clicked: The total number of clicks made by contacts in your lists.

Repeat Contact Clicks: The number of clicks made more than once by a contact in your lists.

Click to Visit Rate Summary

This is a summary of the total clicks compared against the number of visits on the landing:

Contacts Who Clicked: The total number of contacts who clicked.

Unique Contact Visits: The number of visits made by each of your contacts, counted only once.

Timeline

The graph displays the total number of clicks made to the landing page within the last thirty days.

Links

Here you can find all the links present in your landing and how many clicks each link received.

Downloads Report

This report displays all reporting regarding any attachment downloads on your landing page. The report is only visible if there your landing page has an attachment.

Total Downloads Summary

This is a summary of all attachment downloads on your landing page:

Total Downloads: The total number of attachment downloads.

Contact Downloads: The total number of downloads made by contacts in your downloads list.

Anonymous Downloads: The total number of downloads made by undetermined visitors to the landing page.

Repeat Contact Downloads: The total number of contacts downloading the attachment more than once.

Download to Visit Summary

This is a summary of attachments downloaded compared to the number of visitors on the landing page.

Contact Downloads: The total number of downloads made by contacts in your downloads list.

Unique Contact Visits: The number of visits made by each of your contacts, counted only once.

Timeline

The graph displays the total number of downloads on the landing page within the last thirty days.

Downloads Summary

This summary lists all attachments on the landing page, the number of downloads made by contacts in your list, and the overall number of downloads for each attachment.
