Where do I change the information that appears in my footer?

The details that appear at the bottom of all emails you send out form part of your footer and reflect your company name and physical address information. To edit this information and change your customer properties click My Account > My profile > Customer profile.

In the Properties tab, you can change the Name field to that of your company and this will be reflected in the footer as who the mail is being sent from. You can also change the physical address details, contact numbers, URL and industry.

Other customisations include Branding, Quotas, Settings (such as allowing embedded attachments), Security (e.g. set log in attempt failure notifications), and Contacts.

Access to the Customer profile settings is available to administrator users. If this option isn't available in the drop-down menu it’s likely that you’re not an administrator.
