Email Reports


When you send a message, you can view contact activity on the delivered message in the Email reports.

Everlytic has a variety of comprehensive email reports. Click Email > History and click your selected email. Click Detailed Report.

When one of your contacts opens an email they receive, we track that as a unique read. When the mail is read more than once by that person, we track those reads too. The same happens for link clicks within a message. The system manages and stores all of this data in the live detailed reports found in Email Reporting, where you can see all the stats from your mail including:

  • Open rates
  • Click rates
  • Bounces
  • Unsubscribes

This will allow you to get a good understanding of how your message has performed and the contact activity per message. The reports screen shows a list of your sent messages on the left, a preview panel on the right, and a row of action buttons above the preview panel.


Click the message's subject to view a preview of the message and an overview of the reporting. You can see message properties, From and Reply to fields, lists the email was sent to, report summary, quick links and overall message design in the preview. The report overview is summarised in table form and shows the statistics for total messages sent and message activity.


You can use the quick links to access detailed reporting, share the report, recreate the message and create a template from the selected email message.
